Thirty-two bed CCU involves care of all types of cardiac patients. Involved in the care of Intra-aortic balloon pumps, AICD pacemakers, cardiogenic shock, CHF, Acute MI, post-procedure heart catheterizations, angioplasties, stent insertions. Heparin, aggrastat, reopro, all thrombolytic therapies and protocols. Postop infections, ARDS, renal insufficiency-acute and chronic. ACLS, sedation, neuro, restraint, Intra-aortic balloon pump, medication, and other assorted certifications and competencies current.

Florida Hospital-Fish Memorial Orange City, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) and Relief House Supervisor for 100-bed facility.
