When I was trying to think of a name for my consulting business, I wanted something that related to who I really am. HTI stands for Honor, Trust, and Integrity. My father instilled these attributes in me. He was a living example of all three and I try every day to live up to his example. I run my business the way I run my life.
My husband and I live in Orange City, Florida on a small farm. I have a great interest in the environment and animal welfare.
I have always been interested in medicine and law. It followed that Legal Nurse Consulting was the natural path for me to take. I love what I do and I am good at it. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient. I make it a priority not only in business but also in life to use my time effectively. My clients appreciate the fact that I keep their budgets and deadlines intact!
I completed my Master’s degree in Nursing Education in 2010. I earned a PhD in Nursing and Nursing Education in 2015. My dissertation was titled "Nurse Perceptions of Facility Influences on Older Adult Falls in Acute Care".
